Our fun dog show will be held on sunday 14th of July 2013 at Dyfnog stud, nr Denbigh, ll16 4ng , it will start at 11am and usually finishes at 5pm, we will have lots of stalls available, including raffle, tombola, cakes, merchandise, refreshments etc,

Meet beautiful belle, she is a whippet cross staffie, she is 3 yrs old, lovely with children, little shy and nervous with new dogs but soon gets used, She is housetrained, and is getting used to cats, so definatly cat trainable.belle loves lots of fuss and will happily let you give her a tummy rub all night !She is very gentle when taking treats , belle walks lovely 
but has no recall at the moment. She is currently in a foster home, where she is gaining confidence by the day, for more info on this lovely girl please call x
Mitzi is having to be rehomed as her owner is going into hospital and will not be able to look after her. She is 7 and is a tan colour. No picture a yet sorry. She is very good with other dogs and good around children too. She would make an ideal lap dog as she is used to lots of cuddles and fusses. foxy is a 3 month old jack russel cross, she is a very friendly affectionate little girl who loves lots of attention and cuddles,
she loves her toys and to play, loves to be around other dogs so would benefit with being rehomed with another dog or dogs, this will also help her to socialise as we feel she needs it after leaving her mother and siblings too early.
she is a very bright little thing and is learning some basic training she also has very good recall,she can be a little possesive with her food but will learn very easily not too

This is lovely little jess, she is being rehomed from her own home through no fault of her own,s
Jess has lived with a cat but adopters would need to introduce Jess with care & patience to any cat(s) – or dog(s) – already in residence. She is possessive with her food & would need to be fed separately from other pets. Jess is unreliable with livestock, especially sheep, & would need a secure garden & to be kept on a lead in rural surroundings. However, this is a friendly, people loving little terrier who deserves a home & would make a suitable companion for a retired person, or couple, or a family with older children.

Del is a medium sized black & white sheepdog bitch,she 7yrs old and has been the responsibility of the local Social Services Dept since her owner suffered a stroke, & became seriously ill & unable to care for Del. The owner has released Del (via the SSD) to PAWS with a request for rehoming. She is lively & energetic, good natured & tolerant with other dogs. It is not known whether she is used to children or cats – or, as yet, whether she is spayed. All the indications are that she will make an affectionate companion for either a single person or a family with older children.

This is our big beautiful girl jet, She’s about 4-5yrs old, Good with less active dogs when introduced slowly. Good to walk on the lead, knows basic commands, like sit, give paw, lie down etc. Bit keen on cats so a home without, . Home best suited with kids over 8 as she’s quite a big girl. Now reserved

Meet little harry, he is a 6 month old springer spaniel, sadly harry is 90 per cent deaf, he is good with other dogs and cats, loves children and has just learnt how to play with a ball, he is also learning some sign language in his foster home, so a very special home for this little chap. we are helping a lady rehome little mosin, so through no fault of his own he is looking for his forever home, Due to his owners being in work all day most days except for sundays, they have come to the decision that 'Mosin' would be happier re-homed with someone that would be with him most days. Mosin has always been in an enviroment where there is a baby and teenagers, and also two cats. He has a lovley temprement and gets on fine with everyone in the household. Foxy is in desperate need of a home. His owner died nine months ago & a friend has been looking after him whilst trying to find a home by advertising him at the local veterinary clinic, in shop windows & at the local farmers’ mart but without success. He is said to be 8yrs old, very good natured & “an outdoor dog” but little is known of his past. As you will see from the picture he appears to be in poor condition, sadly he cannot continue to care for Foxy & has asked if anyone can foster or adopt him ? Thank you x

Meet little spot, a 15 month old terrier cross boy,
we are rehoming him as his owners have sadly become ill, spot is a lovely little lad walks great on the lead, and has good recall,
spot loves lots of attention and fuss and would benefit being an only dog even tho he has lived with other dogs, he doesnt like cats, he is also a good little guard dog and will bark at any noise.
he loves his toys and likes to charge around the garden with them, he has lots of energy so maybe someone who likes exercise or a large garden for spot to have a good run in

Huwi is a medium sized Crossbreed (M/2yrs), possibly Doberman/Labrador X. His previous owner has moved overseas. He came to PAWS via the pound & already microchipped & neutered. He was admitted with a Health Care card (& his inoculations are to be updated before rehoming); also with two of his favourite toys. Huwi is a young dog, puzzled by the disappearance of his owner, but keen to relate to people. He is a friendly, trusting fellow & gives visitors an enthusiastic welcome. He is house trained & good with other dogs. It is hoped that Huwi can be rehomed a.s.a.p so that his new family can build on his relatively stable early experiences & provide the exercise, discipline & companionship he needs. Meet little louis, he is a 9 month old bichon cross, lovely friendly little lad, good with other dogs, cats and loves people and children, he needs to be castrated as he does like the other doggies !! will make a lovely lap dog for the right person
Tess is a beautiful 4 month old springer cross collie bitch, she is a lovely little girl, good with other dogs and children, not fully housetrained yet
Lola is a Staffie (F/4yrs old & brindle with a white chest). She is a very friendly, good natured dog said to be good with children & other dogs; but not with cats! She was admitted to PAWS on request following a family breakdown. It is not yet known whether she has been spayed but she has been microchipped so her new family will need to update her PetLog data. Lola is a lively sweetheart & will do well with a committed new family.

Alfie is a black & white Springer Spaniel (M/2yrs old). He is affectionate, obedient, well behaved & said to be good with children. He was admitted direct to PAWS on request due to difficulties between Alfie & the owners’ other dogs. Alfie has been castrated & he is microchipped so his new family will need to update his PetLog data. Alfie should be the only dog in his new family to avoid jealousy & a risk of further heartache for him as he will make a wonderful companion.

This is one of our new editions, Charlie is a small whippet size Lurcher, he is a lovely little lad full of love and Enthusiasm, at the moment he is very thin and in need of some extra tlc, he is currently being assessed so will post more details once we know more about him.
Meet our stunning blue brindled boy Ozzie ! He is a young weimaraner cross , very friendly and affectionate , has really good basic training and would do well with further training sessions, he walks lovely on the lead and just wants lots of love and cuddles, he is so obediant and just a very gentle boy, Ozzie will happily sit and give a paw for treats as he loves his food, he will make a lovely loyal companion 
Meet our lovely old boy griff, he is about 9 yrs old and has sadly come into our care and needs a new home, griff is a lovely whippet cross, he also has an old leg injury and he can get a little lame on it so controlled exercise would be best for him, he needs medication to control the pain and Merlin would be willing to support griff with his tablets for the rest of his life.
GRiff is fully house trained, vaccinated, castrated, microchipped, flea and worm treated , we think he would suit a quiet house hold where he can relax and be loved, he is a lovely old boy who just needs a chance, griff would love a forever sofa and home of his own and somewhere he can live out a calm peaceful life,

Finn is a beautiful red lurcher, sadly has to be rehomed from his home, he is 4 yrs old, castrated and microchipped, he is good with children and cats and other dogs,
he is a very well socialised dog and walks lovely on the lead, finn cant be trusted around sheep so would have to be kept on a lead, when out walking in the counrtyside.

Our lovely boy tigger is looking for his forever home, this young lad seems to have been through a lot in his young life, but this hasnt stopped him being a freindly super little dog, as you can see he is currently in a foster home where he has come on leaps and bounds, he gets on well with dogs and cats, lovely with children but can be a little bouncy hence the name.
he has had all his vaccinations, microchipped and castrated fully housetrained, just waiting with his suitcase packed incase he has any offers
skip is a lovely shy young lurcher, about 18 months old, lovely to walk, and very gentle

Cadog is a handsome young chocolate labrador, he is a approx 1 year old, his owner suffered a accident involving broken legs & lengthy incapacity. Rehoming was felt to be in the Cadog’s best interests.
