good with other dogs, cats and lovely with children, she is housetrained and walks lovely on the lead, has basic training so would do well with more

meet penny, beautiful black lab cross terrier, about 9-10 months old, she is currently being fostered and is living with other cats, dogs and is getting on great with them.she is lovely with children and would be a great family dog. She has really good basic commands and is very quick to learn, penny is fully housetrained,

Foxy is in desperate need of a home. His owner died nine months ago & a friend has been looking after him whilst trying to find a home by advertising him at the local veterinary clinic, in shop windows & at the local farmers’ mart but without success. He is said to be 8yrs old, very good natured & “an outdoor dog” but little is known of his past. As you will see from the picture he appears to be in poor condition, sadly he cannot continue to care for Foxy & has asked if anyone can foster or adopt him ? Thank you x

This is little peppa, shes a terrier cross about 2 yrs old, sadly her owner has died and is once again looking for her forever home

This is beautiful missy, she is a 7 yr old Weimaraner, we are helping a gentleman rehome her, she has been spayed and is fully vaccinated, a home with older children is preferred,

Meet little louis, he is a 9 month old bichon cross, lovely friendly little lad, good with other dogs, cats and loves people and children, he needs to be castrated as he does like the other doggies !! will make a lovely lap dog for the right person

Tess is a beautiful 4 month old springer cross collie bitch, she is a lovely little girl, good with other dogs and children, not fully housetrained yet

Alfie is a black & white Springer Spaniel (M/2yrs old). He is affectionate, obedient, well behaved & said to be good with children. He was admitted direct to PAWS on request due to difficulties between Alfie & the owners’ other dogs. Alfie has been castrated & he is microchipped so his new family will need to update his PetLog data. Alfie should be the only dog in his new family to avoid jealousy & a risk of further heartache for him as he will make a wonderful companion.

This is one of our new editions, Charlie is a small whippet size Lurcher, he is a lovely little lad full of love and Enthusiasm, at the moment he is very thin and in need of some extra tlc, he is currently being assessed so will post more details once we know more about him.

Meet our lovely old boy griff, he is about 9 yrs old and has sadly come into our care and needs a new home, griff is a lovely whippet cross,  he also has an old leg injury and he can get a little lame on it so controlled exercise would be best for him, he needs medication to control the pain and Merlin would be willing to support griff with his tablets for the rest of his life.
GRiff is fully house trained, vaccinated, castrated, microchipped, flea and worm treated , we think he would suit a quiet house hold where he can relax and be loved, he is a lovely old boy who just needs a chance, griff would love a forever sofa and home of his own and somewhere he can live out a calm peaceful life,

Meet our lovely girl “katie” she is a beatiful gsd about 3-4 yrs old, very gentle walks lovely on the lead, good with other dogs, just a very sweet girl who needs some tlc

Our lovely boy tigger is looking for his forever home, this young lad seems to have been through a lot in his young life, but this hasnt stopped him being a freindly super little dog, as you can see he is currently in a foster home where he has come on leaps and bounds, he gets on well with dogs and cats, lovely with children but can be a little bouncy hence the name.
he has had all his vaccinations, microchipped and castrated fully housetrained, just waiting with his suitcase packed incase he has any offers

skip is a lovely shy young lurcher, about 18 months old, lovely to walk, and very gentle

Tai is a lovely young collie cross lurcher, very bouncy and friendly young man, he could do with some basic training to learn a few manners, but apart from that a real heart breaker

Cadog is a handsome young chocolate labrador, he is a approx 1 year old, his owner suffered a accident involving broken legs & lengthy incapacity. Rehoming was felt to be in the Cadog’s best interests. He is a lively & affectionate dog, full of enthusiasm & energy, but understandably confused by the sudden changes in his young life.if anyone can adopt cadog

Meet jimmy, he is a cocker spaniel cross, he is about 5-6 yrs old, lovely friendly little lad, he looks a bit of a mess at the moment, but the girls in llysfasi college have kindly said they will groom him for us

This is our lovely old boy gelert, he is about 6-7 yrs old, very friendly and loving, he seems to understand welsh aswel, would make a lovely companion

Meet little cindy, she’s a scruffy little terrier cross, about 12 months old, very playful and friendly, good with other dogs, currently being fostered by one of our fantastic volunteers so more info to follow,

Meet little Kenny, he is a lovely friendly little boy, just wants lots of fuss and cuddles, likes nothing more than giving you lots of kisses, sadly little Kenny was brought to us to rehome so is now looking for his forever home,

This is Vinnie, he is a 3 year old, male, Miniature Pinscher. He is full of energy and character. He has learnt tricks such as play dead, spin, crawl as well as the basics of sit and stay and loves to learn new things. He is fully housetrained, neutured and is up to date with all his vaccinations. He gets on well with other dogs but doesn’t get on with cats as he tends to sit and bark at them. He can be nervous when meeting someone new but will adapt quickly and within a space of a few hours become used to them. Vinnie needs a very confident owner as he can be a little dominant,

Meet Lenny , he is approx 2yrs old, he is an elegant wheaten coloured Lurcher. He was rescued from the Dolgellau pound in poor condition & he is thought to be an ex working dog. He came into the pound with an open wound on his stomach which was stitched & treated by their vet & given a course of antibiotics (now completed). Lenny is friendly & expected to do well with a family,

Meet Sherlock , he will 8 months old on 1/1/2013 he is a beautiful young Basset Hound – with extra long ears! His original owner abandoned him with a friend who then requested direct admission to PAWS for rehoming. He is not yet fully house trained & will need some basic training but Sherlock is a lively, affectionate fellow in urgent need of TLC & a committed forever home.

Meet prancer and dancer, two lovely little jack Russell bitches , we think they are possibly mother and daughter, they were both found tied to a fence with bailing twine, they are very much inseparable and love being cuddled up and playing together, we would love to see them go as a pair as they get quite anxious when apart, just a lovely pair of dogs, very friendly and loving just need to find there forever home so they can finally be happy and loved.

Sadly poor alfie has come back into our care in merlin after being in a home for 2 and a half years, sadly through no fault of his own, he is about 4 years old, lovely friendly boy, great with other dogs, loves children, housetrained, just needs to be back in a home enviroment as he is getting a little stressed in kennels

Meet little Max, he is a 12 month old yorkie cross. Lovely little boy, loves other dogs, good with children, max is also housetrained, good to walk on the lead. very Playful, loves his toys and food. 

Meet little Holly. she is a 18 month old terrier cross. Lovely friendly little girl. Good with other dogs and children also cat friendly. A typical little  lap dog, loves to be fussed and loved . Good to walkon the lead, holly is also  Housetrained.

Meet little megan, She is 7 years old and her owner is in hospital and has been for the last few months. a friend of megan’s owner has been caring for her since he has been in hospital. She is a lovley friendly little dog, but sadly does not get on with the lady’s dog who is currently caring for her , so sadly megan has to be rehomed through no fault of her own

Meet “cymro” a lovely collie cross lab

Daisy is 14months old a bedlington cross lurcher, she is very playful and friendly. She is house trained and friendly with other dogs .sadly daisy is having to be rehomed through no fault of her own,
She is a bundle of joy and loves to play. Loves her toys and chews, especially her ragger

this is louis, sadly he needs to be rehomed asap thru no fault of his own, He is a very energetic and happy dog, hes great with kids and other dogs! just needs a forever home

sally is a lovely happy little girl,she is an 8 month old whippet cross, gets on great with all dogs, little curious with cats but definatly cat trainable, walks lovely on the lead, very clean in the house, sally just wants lots of love and fuss and lots of nice food to eat.

mason, 17 week old beagle puppy, waiting to come into the rescue from his own home, sadly his family no longer have the time for him

meet little piglet, he is an 8 month old english bull terrier cross, fantastic little dog who is good with everything, housetrained, walks lovely on the lead, will make a super family pet

Alfie (2yrs old) is an all black, Labrador/GSD X, & a unproblematic friendly young dog. He came into care from the same home, & in the same circumstances as, Roxy; although they do not need to be homed together. Given his youth it is felt that his needs would best be served if he had the full attention of his new owner(s).

Meet the stunning new boy dasher !! he is a very handsome black greyhound about 3 yrs old, very gentle loving boy who likes to walk very close by and will take any opportunity to lean on your legs, gets on with all the dogs at the kennels, not cat friendly tho, will make a lovely family pet

Please could someone give Milo a forever home. He is just over 1year, is good with other dogs, cats and has lived with children. Meet beautiful rosie, she is a lovely friendly girl who is being fostered by one of our fantastic foster mum’s, rosie came over from ireland with her sister and nephew, sadly their family could no longer care for them so we are looking for rosie’s forever home, she is 2 yrs old, housetrained, and was very loved by all the family, so only a very special home for this young lady

FERN: ( Blue Whippet Bitch) Fern is 4 Years old, . She and Moss are litter sisters.  She is very, very gentle and affectionate.  She is very well behaved, good with other dogs but not cats.  She is a very special, elegant little lady.  She would be suited to a quiet home where she would be showered with love. A beautiful girl in every way.
